Why we do what we do at 3..2..1Juice!

New year, new opportunities to accept, include, encourage, advocate, empower & employ!

We are so excited to have launched our on-line store this past December.  Our web designers had their work cut out for them, not only with our vision for our site but in promoting our mission of Empowering individuals with Down syndrome to be productive employees and successful entrepreneurs.   

We want to be a voice for those who are often overlooked, misunderstood and marginalized! Plus we want to sell some great juice-inspired products, too!

When you Accept individuals with Down syndrome regardless of their abilities or even your ability to understand what Down syndrome is, you are taking the first step to Include them. 

Think about how you feel when you are left out, whether from the team, the meeting, the conversation, the party, or the group chat.

Being included does wonders and is often all that is needed to Encourage a person to join the activity or conversation.

A little encouragement can help an individual with Down syndrome follow their dreams, but often someone willing to Advocate for them can open even more doors.

From the ballfield to the boardroom, once they know you have their back, you Empower them to speak up for themselves and to try something new.  Perhaps to even apply for the job with the company progressive enough to Employ individuals with differing abilities.
